§1. General provisions
This document specifies the Privacy Policy of the www.wallcolors.com Store, which in particular includes regulations regarding the protection of personal data and the security of other data entered into the Store by the User. The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral appendix to the Regulations.
§2. Definitions
Terms used in this document mean:
- Administrator - wallcolors sp. z o. o. ul. Przemysłowa 8, 32-540 Trzebinia, NIP 6282286943, KRS 0000964370, REGON 52179221300000;
- Service - wallcolors online store available via the Internet from the domain www.wallcolors.com.
- Website - the website at www.wallcolors.com and all its subpages.
- Pages - Administrator and User
- User - a natural person who, by registering on the Website in the manner specified in the Regulations, has an active User account.
§3. Personal Data Protection
The administrator is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (GDPR). Using the Website requires the User to provide their own personal data.
The administrator collects and processes the following personal data:
- name and surname
- correspondence address
- telephone number
- e-mail address
- company name
- NIP number
- business address
Personal data will be processed in order to set up and maintain a User account and in connection with the implementation of the sales contract via the online store. Personal data will be stored for up to 2 years from the date of deletion of the User's account or until the expiry of all claims between the Administrator and the User, whichever is later. The basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of the contract for the User. The Administrator processes Users' personal data in order to provide the service through the Website and enable Users to purchase and provide services through the Website. If the User subscribes to the newsletter, personal data will also be processed for marketing purposes, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) the regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (GDPR). Providing personal data for this purpose is voluntary, however, failure to provide it makes it impossible to receive messages from us. Personal data will be stored for the period until the User unsubscribes from the newsletter. Personal data will be transferred only to the Administrator's trusted subcontractors, i.e. IT service providers, accounting and accounting offices, courier and postal companies and payment intermediaries. Personal data will be processed automatically, also in the form of profiling. Profiling will be aimed at making it possible to prepare the best, personalized offer and dedicated advertisements, as well as personalize content and advertisements, and analyze traffic on the website and on the Internet.
§4. User Rights
In the event of a change of personal data, the User should update them on the User Profile. The User has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion and the right to limit their processing. In addition, also the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to the processing of personal data. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to the processing of data makes it impossible to use the Website. The Administrator may refuse to delete the User's personal data if the retention of personal data is necessary due to the obligation imposed on the Administrator by law.
§5. Data Encryption
The Administrator undertakes to encrypt data transmission in order to secure the User's data stored in the system. Each connection of the User with the Website is encrypted and confidential.
§6. Technical data protection
The Administrator undertakes to keep a backup copy containing the User's personal data. The entrusted data is stored on top-class equipment and servers in properly secured information storage centers, to which only authorized persons have access. The administrator carries out activities related to the processing of personal data respecting all legal and technical requirements imposed on him by the provisions on the protection of personal data.

✰ Four hands are always better than two!; ask someone to help you and the satisfaction of the work will be double : -)
✰ The wall must be clean, uniform color, dry and primed; for instance with a diluted wallpaper adhesive, it is necessary to get rid of the remains of old paints, varnishes and wallpapers before sticking the new one.
✰ If it's freshly painted - remember to leave it to dry for about 3 WEEKS.
✰ To achieve the perfect effect, fill in all defects and bumps, remember to remove every sockets, skirting boards and any other elements from the wall.
✰ Remember that you can not eliminate in 100% the graphics shift effect.
✰ Please check mounting instructions attached to your parcel or on our youtube tutorials channel :)
✰Please be aware that self-adhesive cannot be mounted on latex, teflon or other stain-resistant paints.
When painting the wall with latex paint we recommend sanding and then priming as mentioned above because latex paint reduces the adhesive strength and may prevent sticking.
How to check the wallpaper before assembly:
✰ Expand the wallpaper on a clean surface.
✰ Make sure that each part is free of production defects, such as deformations, discolorations or differences on heights exceeding 5 mm.
✰ Check if you have received all pieces and the pattern is the one you ordered.
✰ All elements should be uniformly saturated and the motive should fit together.
✰ All packages are carefully packed, prints are secured with a cardboard tube to make sure that every shipment is safe :)
✰ After approving payment, we ship items within three business days.
✰ Wallpapers are sent using international EXPRESS courier, average delivery time varies between 1-5 days depending on your country.
✰Check your delivery address provided in Etsy. If you want to send your order anywhere else contact with us immediately after purchase.
If before assembly you notice that your order has any of the issues listed below:
- wrong size
- false material
- has production defects or missing parts
IMMEDIATELY notify us of this issue. Please contact us and include photos for reference.
We will get back to you as soon as we can and will do our best to resolve the problem.
We consider claims only if product is unused and contains any of the defects described above.
For that reason please study your order carefully before starting installation as we will not acknowledge complains once product was used in any way.
If you notice any defect during assembly stop further work and contact us.
We will not be responsible if buyer or anyone else installs defective product.
I always send two samples of one pattern. One piece shows the entire pattern (scaled down) and the second one shows the real scale.
If you want to reduce or increase the original size of the pattern on the wallpaper, please write me a message.
